Summary of existing machinery:

Two 5kW laser cutting Machines for sheet cutting.
Punching machines. Six Folding machines with robot technology. Three manual load presses of 50 to 200 tons. With a surface of up to 1200x800mm.

Five Spot welding machines, 20 welding positions with Tig, MIG and MAG.

Gasket manufacturing machine.

Machinery for positioning insertable nuts. Painting tunnel of 150 metres for applying powder coatings. Liquid painting facility for large pieces. Manual blasting of sub units for later welding.

We have three Workstation Computers for the design of 3d and 2d Software. In addition, we have machinery for cutting tubing, tapping machines, etc.

Inserting Nuts and Bolts

In Manufacturas Delvalle we have the necessary machinery to position weldable and/or Insertable nuts and bolts. Brands like KALEY, PEM are some of our normal ones, with rivets and other parts in stainless steel, galvanized steel, steel, etc.

They are much used in the electronics industry as well as in any of the sectors we work in: electronics, railway, aeronautical, automobiles, furniture with a long list of other applications and sectors.
